    By Air:

    The nearest airport to Rishikesh is Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun, about 35 kilometers away to our property.

    By Train:

    Rishikesh has a railway station, but it's not connected to all parts of India. The major railway station nearby is Haridwar, which is about 25 kilometers from Rishikesh. Haridwar is well-connected by train to cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and others. From Haridwar, you can take a taxi, a local bus, or an auto-rickshaw to Rishikesh.

    By Bus:

    Rishikesh is well-connected by road to other cities in Uttarakhand and to major cities like Delhi. You can find government and private buses from Delhi to Rishikesh, which is a roughly 5 to 7-hour drive depending on the traffic.

    By Car:

    Driving to Rishikesh offers a scenic and flexible journey. The town is about 240 kilometers from Delhi, and you can take NH334 to reach there.

  • We offer exclusive online training for our existing clients at an additional cost, tailored to your health and lifestyle. You can join both group and one-on-one online sessions to continue your fitness journey with our professional guidance.

  • No, smoking and drinking are not allowed during the 4-week Fitness Bootcamp. This policy is in place to ensure the effectiveness of the program and the overall health and well-being of all participants.

  • Yes, you can definitely opt for a work-from-home setting. Specifically, our 4-Week Lifestyle Reset program would be ideal for your needs. It is designed to seamlessly accommodate individuals with standard working hours, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

    However, we would advise against participating in our 4-Week Fat Loss Program while working. This program necessitates a full-day commitment, a stress-free environment, and significant recovery time to achieve the best possible results.

  • Yes, we do have a fiber internet connection with a maximum speed of 40 Mbps, which is shared by all clients. Please note that the speed may fluctuate depending on each client's usage.

    If your work requires high-speed internet, we recommend bringing your own wifi dongle. Additionally, Jio and Airtel networks work well in Rishikesh and can be used as hotspots for better connectivity.

  • A laundry facility is available on-site for washing at just Rs. 200 for up to 5 kg of clothes. If your laundry exceeds 5 kg (e.g., 6 kg), it will require two wash cycles, and the cost will be Rs. 400. Detergent and fabric conditioner are included in the price.

    For dry cleaning or ironing services, we will provide you with the contact details of our trusted external vendor when you arrive at the property. You can discuss the prices directly with them and make payments accordingly.

  • Our fitness transformation bootcamp requires at least 4 weeks to deliver effective and lasting results. Once you pre-book and confirm your spot, we'll send you a pre-assessment form to customize your first week. Upon arrival, we conduct a detailed physical assessment and body analysis. For the next 10 to 14 days, we closely monitor your health to tailor the program for the best outcomes. Shorter durations do not allow us to maintain our high standards of quality and effectiveness. Since October 2020, we've successfully transformed hundreds of clients, limiting our groups to a maximum of 10 to ensure personalized attention.

  • Important Accommodation Guidelines for Twin-Sharing Clients

    • Our twin-sharing accommodation is part of a structured group program where mutual understanding, adjustment, and respect are expected. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we request that you read the following carefully before choosing the twin-sharing option.

      Please consider upgrading to a private room before arrival if any of the following apply to you:

      • You require complete privacy for personal comfort or productivity.

      • You prefer a private bathroom for hygiene or convenience.

      • You snore, talk in your sleep, or have a condition that may disturb others.

      • You need a fan, heater, or AC running even during off-hours or winters.

      • You prefer to keep lights on while sleeping or are sensitive to room lighting.

      • You find it difficult to adjust to others’ lifestyles, routines, or habits.

      • You like to watch movies or listen to music on speakers.

      • You need exclusive wardrobe or storage space.

      • You require a calm, quiet environment to sleep or work.

      • You have medical, emotional, or psychological needs that require personal space or a controlled setting.

      What Twin-Sharing Means and What Is Not Allowed:

      • Room customisation is not allowed (e.g., changing mattresses, rearranging furniture, adding lights or personal items).

      • No food sharing or storing personal snacks inside the room. Meals are served as per the program plan only.

      • Use of headphones is mandatory for media. No external speaker or loud media use is allowed.

      • No lights-on after agreed bedtime. If you need lights or sounds to sleep, go for a private room.

      • No external visitors or guests allowed inside rooms at any time.

      • No refund, adjustment, or complaints will be entertained regarding roommate issues post check-in.

      • Everyone is expected to maintain basic etiquette: keep your area clean, be polite, avoid disturbing your roommate.

      Zero-Tolerance Policy

      If you create repeated disturbances, disrespect your roommate, or cause discomfort in any way, it may result in formal warnings or removal from the program without refund. We do not entertain complaints like:

      • “I can’t sleep due to my roommate.”

      • “My roommate is not my type.”

      • “Our habits don’t match.”

      • “I want to shift now.”
