You can prescribe the change. We can supervise it, for four weeks, every single day.
Your advice is not the problem. The patient agrees with you in the room, then goes home to the same kitchen, the same desk and the same 11pm. Fitness Bootcamp is the step that sits between your advice and their adherence. Four weeks of residential supervision in the Himalayas, measured at both ends, with the patient returned to your care and a written summary sent to you.
Four supervised weeks for
One referral, one cohort, one written summary back to your practice.
Nothing you said was wrong. It simply had nowhere to happen.
A patient leaves your room genuinely intending to change. Then the day takes over. Meals are decided by whoever cooks, movement is decided by whoever is free, and sleep is decided by work. Six months later the numbers are the same and you both feel slightly worse about it.
Advice is given once. Behaviour is decided hourly.
A consultation is a few minutes against a week of small decisions, almost all of them made in an environment that pushes the other way.
Most patients are not undisciplined. They are unsupported.
They have never been shown how to train safely, never had food planned properly for a sustained stretch, and never been watched closely enough for anyone to correct the small errors.
So we changed the environment instead of the advice.
For four weeks your patient lives inside a structure where the right thing is the default and the wrong thing is simply not available. Nothing is left to willpower, because willpower is the part that has already failed them.
Stated plainly, so there is nothing to assume
Fitness Bootcamp is a residential health transformation system in the Himalayas, running across Rishikesh and Manali by season. It is not a gym, not a diet plan and not a wellness retreat. Patients live with us for four weeks, train under supervision, eat cooked vegetarian meals prepared to plan, sleep on a fixed structure, and are measured from the first day to the last.
What we do
- Supervised exercise, assessed and scaled to the individual
- Structured vegetarian nutrition, cooked and portioned daily
- Sleep and recovery held inside the daily structure
- Daily accountability from coaches who are physically present
- Measurement at baseline and at close, reported honestly
What we do not do
- Diagnose or prescribe
- Alter or advise on medication
- Offer opinions on your treatment plan
- Sell supplements of any kind
- Continue care once the four weeks end
A day your patient could not build for themselves at home
This is the part worth reading aloud to a patient who is unsure. It is not a bootcamp in the punishing sense. It is a quiet, well-run day, repeated until it becomes normal.
Early morning
The day opens gently in mountain air. Weight, readiness and heart rate are noted before anything else, so the session is matched to the body that turned up, not the body on the plan.
Morning session
Coached training in a small group, scaled to the individual. Every movement is watched. Nobody is left at the back of a class hoping they are doing it right.
Meals through the day
Cooked vegetarian food, balanced and portioned to plan, served hot. No counting, no weighing, no shopping and no deciding. For many patients this is the first time in years that eating well requires no effort from them.
Afternoon
Walking, mobility, recovery work, or time outdoors in the hills. Rest is scheduled rather than squeezed in, which is usually the single biggest change from life at home.
Evening
A slow close to the day, with a proper bedtime. Sleep is treated as part of the programme rather than what is left over after it.
Through the four weeks
Progress is reviewed continuously and the plan is adjusted to what the body is actually doing. Patients leave knowing how to train, how to eat and what their own numbers mean.
Groups are small. Around nine in ten of our participants are women, many of them travelling on their own, and the environment is protected accordingly. Patients arrive nervous and, within a week, stop being nervous.
Adherence you can rely on, and numbers you can act on
Nothing left to willpower
Meals are cooked and portioned. Training is supervised. The structure is held by coaches who are with the patient throughout, not checking in by message.
Measurement at both ends
Body composition at baseline and close on every tier. A standard blood panel at baseline and close on the Signature and Private tiers.
A written closing summary
Training completed, nutrition delivered, and the full before and after set, sent to you within a week of completion with your patient's consent.
Boundaries you set
If a patient should not train hard, they do not train hard. Send us the restrictions and we programme around them.
No administrative burden on your practice
Screening, booking, travel guidance and follow-up are handled by us. Your part is the introduction and, later, reading one summary.
Your patient, returned to you
We are a four-week intervention, not ongoing care. Your patient comes back to your practice with current data in front of both of you.
Who this is right for, and who it is not
This suits
- Metabolic markers that have drifted for years despite clear advice
- Weight that has not moved across repeated honest attempts
- Sedentary patients who need to be taught how to train safely
- Patients whose real obstacle is their home and work environment
- Patients aged 25 and above with four residential weeks available
This does not suit
- Anyone in an acute phase
- Anyone needing medical supervision we are not qualified to provide
- Anyone who has not chosen this for themselves
- Anyone looking for a holiday with a fitness label on it
If you have a patient in mind, it takes two minutes
"There is a residential programme in the Himalayas I would like you to look at. Four weeks, fully supervised, with your food cooked and your training coached every day. They measure you at the start and at the end and send the results back to me. I think your problem is your environment rather than your effort, and this changes the environment."
Words you are welcome to use. Most patients say yes to this framing because it removes the blame.
A short call with us
Ten minutes with our founding team about your patient profile and how you prefer to work. No paperwork before that.
Screening
Your patient completes our health screening before a place is confirmed. You are copied on anything clinically relevant.
Four weeks in the Himalayas
Rishikesh or Manali, depending on the season. You can reach the coaching team at any point during the programme.
Handover
A written closing summary reaches you within a week, so you continue care with current numbers rather than recollection.
Review
After the first few patients we sit down and review honestly what worked and what did not.
Commercial arrangements are discussed directly and openly on that first call.
