Four days in Manali. Movement, mountains, and a proper reset for body and mind.
A small-group fitness vacation in the Kullu valley. Daily yoga and training, beginner-friendly treks to Jogini Waterfall and along the Vashisht trail, snow and valley adventure, guided sightseeing, and home-cooked 100% vegetarian meals at a mountain property with a waterfall at its edge. One simple package. You arrive, and we guide the rest.
A real break is not a hotel and a to-do list. It is a few honest days where movement, food, rest, adventure and good company are planned together, high in the Himalayas. You simply arrive, follow the flow of the days, and leave lighter than you came.
This is a fitness vacation, not a transformation program.
We want you to book the right thing. Here is what four days in Manali is genuinely for, and what it is not.
An active, joyful break
Move every day, breathe clean mountain air, and step out of your routine. You leave refreshed, not exhausted.
Adventure and real places
Waterfall treks, snow at Solang, the Atal Tunnel, apple villages and quiet forest trails, all planned and guided for you.
A gentle restart
Yoga, strength work and simple real food, so you go home with momentum you can actually keep.
If your main goal is measurable fat loss and body recomposition, our 4-week transformation bootcamp is the better fit. Come to Manali for an active vacation and a proper reset, and to see the Himalayas properly.
Four days, planned with care from check-in to check-out.
Each batch runs Friday to Monday. Every day opens with yoga or a strength session, then flows into treks, adventure, sightseeing and rest, with home-cooked meals back at the property. You never have to plan a thing. A couple of activities are optional and at your own cost, so you stay in control of your days.
Settle in, then a first walk up to Jogini Waterfall
Check-in is at 12 PM. If you arrive early, no problem at all. You can relax in our lounge area, and we will serve you tea and breakfast at no extra cost. After lunch we rest for two hours, then head out on the trek to Jogini Waterfall. In the evening we gather around a bonfire for dinner.

Strength first, then Solang, the Atal Tunnel and Sissu
Day 2 is a full day of adventure. We start with a strength workout and breakfast. At around 10 AM we set off on the 70 km drive to Sissu Waterfall, passing Solang Valley and the Atal Tunnel, the world's longest highway tunnel above 10,000 feet. Along the way you get to try skiing if there is snow, or an ATV mountain bike ride if there is not, and at Sissu we hike near the Chenab river and go ziplining. In the evening we wind down with a yoga session.

The Vashisht trail, hot springs and the soul of old Manali
Day 3 begins with yoga, followed by breakfast. We walk the Vashisht Nature Trail to the temple and hot water spring, passing a local village and apple trees along the way. In the afternoon we visit the Hidimba Temple and walk through the cedar forest at Van Vihar, then spend time in Old Manali and at the Club House. In the evening we run a bootcamp workout, with fitness kickboxing on offer if you would like to try it. If you would like to fly, paragliding can be arranged this morning as an optional add-on at your own cost.

One last practice, breakfast, and the road home
Your final morning opens with yoga, a gentle way to leave feeling loose and refreshed. After breakfast, check-out is at 10 AM. You head home lighter, with a few new habits and a lot of good memories.

You are looked after by the people who run it.
Niraj Kumar Borah and his team run this vacation themselves, rather than handing it to a third party. That is why guests describe it as worry-free. He is an active endurance athlete who still trains and races, and he keeps every group small so each person is known, guided and safe. Srishti, a certified yoga teacher, leads the daily practice, and our female coaches and guides stay with you throughout the trip.
Everything planned, so you can simply be on holiday.
One simple package covers your stay, all meals, every fitness session, the treks, the listed adventure activities and your sightseeing. Only three things sit outside it: paragliding, a private room upgrade, and a heater if you would like one. No surprises beyond what is listed here.
One simple package
Rs. 45,000 per person covers your stay, all home-cooked vegetarian meals, every yoga and training session, the treks, the listed adventure activities and your sightseeing plan. Clear and easy, with optional extras kept separate.
Hands-on management
We run our programs personally, so we are directly responsible for your wellbeing. That is what our reviews keep coming back to.
An exclusive itinerary
A carefully crafted blend of fitness, adventure, exploration, sightseeing and trekking, balanced to keep every day fresh from start to finish.
Adaptable fitness
Hatha, Fusion and Ashtanga yoga, strength, bootcamp, optional fitness kickboxing and outdoor hiking. Every session is scaled to your level, beginner to advanced.
Solo and family friendly
Designed to make solo travel easy. Female coaches and guides stay with you throughout, and there is something for families too.
Quality first
We keep every group small. That is how we hold the level of care and service we are known for.

Our 3-night, 4-day Fitness Vacation is an experiential program where you enjoy fitness, adventure, sightseeing and trekking across four days. Think of it as an active vacation, a mindful way to explore one of India's most beautiful destinations without any hassle or worry. Accommodation, all meals, sightseeing, fitness sessions and the listed adventure activities are all included.
No. The Fitness Vacation is designed as an active break, not for measurable transformation or weight loss. If your goal is a real change in body composition, our Fitness Transformation Bootcamp, which runs for 4 weeks, 12 weeks or 24 weeks, is the better fit. They are two different programs.
The program is open to anyone aged 21 and above. Whether you are a complete beginner or already at an advanced fitness level, everyone is welcome. Our fitness experts scale every session to your current fitness level and any medical conditions, and both trekking routes are beginner level.
There are three common options. First, fly from your city to Kullu (KUU) airport via New Delhi, then take an airport taxi to our property. It is around 45 km and about one hour, and taxis usually charge between Rs. 1,500 and Rs. 2,500 depending on the car. Second, fly to Chandigarh airport, then take a taxi or Volvo bus. It is around 300 km and takes about 6 to 7 hours, and we recommend a taxi. Third, fly to Delhi airport, then take a Volvo bus or taxi. It is around 500 km and takes about 12 hours, and we recommend the semi-sleeper Volvo bus. Buses can be booked on zingbus and taxis on Savaari.
If you need a pick-up or drop-off from the Manali bus stand or from Bhuntar airport, please place your request at least one week before arrival. We will share the taxi numbers with you accordingly.
Mall Road is around 3 km away and takes about 10 minutes to reach. We will share local transport numbers with you whenever you need them.
If there is snow on your dates, skiing is provided. If there is no snow, you get an ATV mountain bike ride instead. One of the two is always included, so your day at Solang is covered either way.
We are not able to tell you in advance whether it will snow. Weather in Manali is genuinely unpredictable, and we would rather be honest than promise you something the mountain decides. Please refer to the weather forecast for your dates, and look at previous years for the same period as well.
Weather in Manali varies through the year, so we recommend checking the forecast for your specific travel dates on AccuWeather before you pack. It also helps to look at previous years for the same dates, as that gives you a fuller picture than a single forecast. In general, mornings and evenings are cold, with temperatures sitting roughly between 2 and 12 degrees, so warm layers are essential.
Bring athletic sportswear for yoga and workouts, sports or trekking shoes as both routes are beginner level, warm clothes and a warm jacket as temperatures sit roughly between 2 and 12 degrees, a woollen cap, waterproof gloves and woollen socks. Also pack slippers for the bathroom, personal grooming items, your mobile phone with charger and a power bank, ID proof, a thermoflask if you prefer warm water, and a smartwatch if you like to track steps and calories. Airtel and Jio SIMs work well in Manali.
We keep each group small, so once we receive your booking payment we share the address of our property. This helps us avoid any mix-ups and keeps your check-in smooth.
No. We do not accept direct check-ins under any circumstances. All bookings must be made at least 30 days before the check-in date, and we are not able to accept any request within 29 days of check-in. Booking in advance is what allows us to prepare properly for you.
The last date to book any spot for any batch is 30 days before the check-in date. We are not able to accept any request within 29 days of the check-in date, no matter the batch. We plan meals, rooms, guides, permits and transport well ahead of each group, and this cut-off is what allows us to prepare properly for everyone who has already booked.
Rooms are on a double-sharing basis, with one king size double bed. There are no separate single beds. Rooms are always shared with a guest of the same gender. If you would prefer your own space, a private room can be arranged at Rs. 3,000 per night, which is Rs. 9,000 for the three nights, on top of the package price. A heater can also be provided in your room at Rs. 500 per night. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can hold the right room for you.
