  • Our fitness programs include Hatha Yoga, Fusion Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Strength, Bootcamp, Fitness Kickboxing (Optional) and Outdoor Hiking/Running.

    Our Fitness experts scale the workout according to the client’s current fitness levels and medical conditions. So, all fitness levels are welcome, whether beginner, intermediate or advanced level.

  • A beautiful property located in a natural setting surrounded by mountains and a waterfall. Living in such a location offers a number of benefits, including the opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities, breathtaking views, and a sense of peace and tranquillity.

    Our package includes a room on a twin-sharing basis. However, there is an option to upgrade to a private room if anybody prefers to for an additional cost.

  • We provide 100% vegetarian meals, and the package includes all meals. No extra species or masala. We prepared in homecooked style - tasty and simple.

DAY - 1

Jogini Waterfall Trek

Yoga

Your check-in time is 12 PM. If you happen to arrive early, no problem at all. We have a lounge area where you can relax. Plus, we'll serve you tea and breakfast for free. After lunch, we'll wait for two hours, then go for a hike to Jogini Waterfall. In the evening, we'll gather around a bonfire for dinner.

DAY - 2

Solang Valley

Sissu Waterfall

On Day 2, we have a fun and adventurous day planned. We'll start with a strength workout and then have breakfast. At about 10 am, we're going to travel to Sissu Waterfall, it's a 70 km journey. Along the way, we'll see beautiful places like Solang Valley and the world's longest tunnel, the Atal Tunnel.

When we reach Sissu, we'll hike near the Chenab river. You'll also get to try Ziplining and an ATV Mountain Ride - these are part of our premium package.

In the evening, we'll wind down with a Yoga session.

DAY - 3

On Day 3, we'll begin with some Yoga, followed by breakfast. Then, we'll walk to the Vashisht Temple & Hot Water Spring, passing by a local village and apple trees. In the evening, we'll do a Bootcamp workout session.

DAY - 4

Get set for a thrilling day in Manali. We'll start with a strength workout and breakfast, and then go paragliding! In the afternoon, we'll explore some lesser-known spots in Manali, including Sajla Waterfall and a quick, easy hike to Soyal Waterfall. There are lots of activities to do here, like meditating, fishing, river crossing, and more.

    Our Fitness Vacation program is a mindful way of exploring India's most beautiful destinations without any hassle and worry.   • There are several options to reach Fitness Bootcamp Manali property.

    Option 1:

    Book your flight from your city to Kullu (KUU) airport via New Delhi. And then take an airport taxi to our Fitness Bootcamp property. The airport taxi usually charges between Rs. 1500/- to Rs. 2500/- depending on the car preference. It’s 45 Km in the distance and takes about 1 hour to reach our property.

    Option 2: Book your flight from your city to Chandigarh airport. And then book your Volvo Bus or taxi. We recommend our clients take a taxi. It’s 300 Km in the distance and takes about 6 to 7 hours to reach Manali.

    Option 3: Book your flight from your city to Delhi airport. And then book your Volvo Bus or taxi. We recommend our clients book Volvo Bus since it is a semi-sleeper. It’s 500 Km in the distance and takes about 12 hours to reach Manali.

  • Yes, we offer a complimentary pick-up, and drop-off service and our timings are fixed.

    Pick-up timing is at 11:45 AM from the Manali bus stand, and drop-off is at 2 PM from our property.

  • It’s 3 Km in the distance and takes about 10 minutes to travel. We will share the local transport numbers whenever you require them.
