Refund Process
- Refunds apply only to the balance amount (excluding the pre-booking fee).
- Initiated within 72 hours after receiving a valid written cancellation.
- Credited within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.
- Refunds only apply if full program payment is completed.
Optional Credit Note (Management Discretion)
In exceptional cases such as medical emergencies (with documents), a non-transferable credit note valid for 6 - 8 months may be offered. This is not a right and is subject to approval.
Force Majeure
In events like natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics, no refund or reschedule is guaranteed. These are protected under the Indian Contract Act.
Why the Fee is a Fixed, All-Inclusive Charge
Our program is a complete experience, not a per-day or per-service model. Once your booking is confirmed, we:
- Reserve accommodation and meal logistics
- Schedule dedicated coaches and operations
- Begin backend planning and customization
- Commit advance payments to vendors
That’s why the fee is charged upfront as a fixed, all-inclusive fee that reflects the complete structure and commitment of the program. It is non-refundable and non-prorated. No partial refunds for late arrival, early exit, or missed sessions.
