  • Yes, absolutely. You can bring your own vehicle or rent a bike or self drive car.

    If you do not drive or ride, no problem. We will help you with reliable local taxi numbers, or you can directly contact the Ladakh Taxi Union.

    If you want the simplest, stress free option, choose Basic + Explore.

  • We have satellite WiFi in all locations, usually around 10 to 20 Mbps. It is enough for WhatsApp messages and WhatsApp calls.

    Speed can vary depending on weather and the number of users connected.

    For best reliability, we suggest:

    • Bring a personal WiFi dongle (available on Amazon)

    • Carry a Jio or Airtel postpaid SIM before arriving in Ladakh

  • No. Delivery apps are not available in Ladakh.

    Please bring all your personal essentials with you (medicines, special snacks, personal care items, and anything you may need daily).

  • You will definitely feel progress. Most people notice better stamina, better recovery, improved strength, and higher overall fitness.

    For visible fat loss, you must stay in a calorie deficit. Since this is a high altitude endurance program, we do not push calorie deficit, because your body needs balanced macros and micros to train well at altitude.

    Join this program if your main goal is to boost your fitness and endurance.

    If your main goal is body transformation (fat loss and body recomposition), then our 4 Week Fitness Transformation Bootcamp is the better fit.

  • No one can guarantee the exact weather that far in advance, but this period is usually late summer to early autumn in Leh-Ladakh.

    What you can generally expect (based on typical monthly averages):

    • Pleasant days and cooler nights

    • Daytime often around the mid 20s °C, nights can drop to around the low 5 °C (and sometimes colder depending on location and altitude) 

    • Strong sun at high altitude, so sunscreen, sunglasses, and a cap are important 

    • Occasional light rain can happen, but Ladakh is usually not a heavy-rain region

  • Yes, you can.

    • If you upgrade at least 1 month before the program starts (by 19 July 2026), you only pay the package difference of Rs. 60,000.

    • If you upgrade after 19 July 2026, then an additional Rs. 10,000 is added because transport and logistics get locked. In that case, the total upgrade amount becomes Rs. 70,000.

  • Strictly no.

    This is a fully curated 4 week program with fixed planning across training, meals, stays, and travel flow. We do it this way to protect the experience, safety, and quality standards we are known for.

    So you cannot pick one location or a few days and pay separately. We will not accept or entertain any such request, especially once the program starts.

  • Twin Sharing Room

    • You share one room with one other participant (same gender).

    • Each person gets their own bed.

    • Storage space may be shared, and in some accommodations storage may be limited or not available.

    • Common facilities are shared as per the property rules.

    • Best if you are comfortable sharing and want a lower package price.

    Private Room (Single Occupancy)

    • You get your own room for the full stay.

    • More privacy, quiet, and better rest and recovery.

    • Best for premium clients, light sleepers, working professionals, or anyone who wants personal space.

    • Limited availability and allotted on a first come first serve basis.
