Four weeks at altitude. The endurance program that measures your fitness, not just promises it.
A structured high-altitude bootcamp for ambitious beginners and returning athletes. Safe acclimatisation, a real aerobic build, scenic outdoor runs, proper recovery, and a month in Ladakh you remember for years. Your progress is read off your own watch, not off a claim.
Real fitness is not a quick trip you follow alone. It is a structured month at altitude where training, acclimatisation, food, recovery and daily habits are handled together, and your progress is read off your own watch. That is what we built in Ladakh.
This is an endurance program, not a fat-loss camp.
At altitude, your body needs balanced fuel to train and adapt safely, so we do not push a calorie deficit here. Here is what four weeks actually builds.
A real aerobic engine
Structured heart-rate training builds genuine endurance and stamina, not a quick number on a scale.
Safe altitude adaptation
We introduce thin air slowly, phase by phase, and use the high points to sharpen how your body carries oxygen.
Recovery that lasts
Sleep, breathwork, mobility and pacing become habits you keep long after you leave Ladakh.
If your main goal is fat loss and body recomposition, our 4-week transformation bootcamp in Rishikesh or Manali is the better fit. Come to Ladakh to build real endurance and see the mountains properly.
Four weeks, three phases, one honest climb.
The whole month is built around altitude. We introduce it slowly in Leh, build endurance across the long block in Nubra Valley, then return to Leh for a taper into your final effort. The line below is your real elevation across the program.
Arrival & active acclimatisation
Leh, 3,500m. Safely introducing your body to thin air, with gentle movement and daily checks.
The aerobic build & explore block
Nubra Valley, 3,000m. Your longest block: building endurance volume and strength, with a peak-altitude visit to Pangong Tso (4,225m) for real adaptation.
The taper & the finish
Leh, 3,500m. Shedding fatigue, staying sharp, and finishing strong on your final effort.
You are led by someone who still races.
Niraj Kumar Borah designs and leads this program himself. He is an active endurance athlete, not a coach who stopped training years ago, so the plan you follow is the same kind of structure he trusts for his own racing. He has coached for more than 12 years, from complete beginners to competitive athletes, and keeps the group small so every person is known and looked after.
Everything handled, so you can just train and explore.
One program, fully residential, across two of Ladakh's most beautiful regions. You show up, follow the plan, and let the mountains do the rest.

Yes. Every session is led and supervised by the instructor, so you plan nothing and simply follow the schedule. In a small group, that means real one-to-one attention through your training, recovery and daily plan.
Your training is heart-rate based, set to your own zones and led by Niraj Kumar Borah, a certified Heart-Rate Performance Specialist. If you bring an endurance watch (Garmin, Coros, Polar or Suunto), you can follow your resting heart rate, HRV and VO2 max trends through the program, with guidance from your coach on what the numbers mean.
Yes, you can bring your own vehicle or rent a bike or self-drive car if you prefer. It is not needed, though: internal transport between Leh and Nubra Valley is already handled for you, along with the full explore itinerary.
We have satellite WiFi in all locations, usually around 10 to 20 Mbps, which is enough for WhatsApp messages and calls. Speed varies with weather and the number of users. For best reliability, bring a personal WiFi dongle and carry a Jio or Airtel postpaid SIM before arriving in Ladakh.
No, delivery apps are not available in Ladakh. Please bring all your personal essentials with you, including any medicines, special snacks, personal care items and anything you may need daily.
Mid-August to mid-September is usually late summer to early autumn in Leh-Ladakh: pleasant days often in the mid-20s °C and cooler nights that can drop to around 5 °C, sometimes colder depending on altitude. The sun is strong at altitude, so bring sunscreen, sunglasses and a cap. Light rain is possible but Ladakh is generally not a heavy-rain region.
No. This is a fully curated 4-week program with fixed planning across training, meals, stays and travel flow. This protects the experience, safety and quality standards we are known for, so packages cannot be split à la carte, and this cannot be changed once the program starts.
