The initial booking fee is ₹15,000 per person. This fee is non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual if necessary. ITINERARY

DAY - 1 (6 October 2024)

Arrival at Guwahati Airport

Welcome to a place with lots of green trees, rolling hills, and high mountains with mist! On the first day of our adventure, we start having fun as soon as we reach the Guwahati airport at 2 PM sharp. If you're coming by train, don't worry! Our team will be waiting to pick you up from the Guwahati Railway Station at 2:45 PM.

When everyone is ready, we'll start our journey to a beautiful town called Shillong. And oh, the trip will be amazing! As we travel on the curvy roads, get ready to see the beautiful Umiam Lake. The clear waters and the green hills around it will make you very happy.

After spending an hour looking at the lake and its beauty, we'll keep going to our warm and comfy home for the trip. As the sun goes down, get ready for a warm, bright bonfire. We'll all sit around it, sharing stories and getting to know each other.

And when it gets dark, it's time to talk about what we'll be doing on the trip, and then we'll have a big, delicious dinner. Get ready to start our fun adventure with the warm bonfire and the beauty of nature all around us.

DAY - 2 (7th October, 2024)

Hike to Wei Sawdong Waterfall

On Day 2, we'll kick off the day with a refreshing yoga session and breakfast, before embarking on a thrilling adventure to the three-tiered Wei Sawdong Waterfall, reached via a 30-minute hike. We'll then venture into the Arwah Cave to marvel at its limestone walls adorned with ancient fossils, followed by a trip to the serene Eco Park. Along the way, we'll grab a bite to eat at a local restaurant and take in the natural beauty of the region.

DAY - 3 (8 October 2024)

Double Decker Root Bridge

Get ready for an action-packed Day 3, as we'll be embarking on a journey to witness some of the most stunning natural wonders of the region. We'll be starting early in the morning, as we head towards the world-famous Double Decker Root Bridge. To get there, we'll need to hike up 3500 steps, but trust us when we say that the view at the end will be worth every step.

Next up, we'll be visiting the El Waterfall and Natural Swimming Pool, where we can take a refreshing dip in the cool waters and relax amidst the beauty of nature. And that's not all, we'll then venture to the unexplored Rainbow Waterfall, a hidden gem tucked away amidst the lush greenery.

As the day draws to a close, we'll be returning to our homestay for a relaxing yoga session, where we can stretch out those tired muscles and unwind after an adventurous day. And to end the day on a high note, we'll indulge in a scrumptious dinner, relishing the flavors of the local cuisine. Get ready to experience the magic of nature on Day 3!

DAY - 4 (9 October 2024)

Dawki - Transparent River

On day 4 of our journey, we will be exploring the wonders of Meghalaya. Our first stop will be the cleanest village in all of Asia, Mawlynnong, where we will be amazed by the spotless streets and immaculately maintained houses and gardens. Next, we will head to the famous Dawki River, known for its crystal-clear, transparent waters. As the day comes to an end, we will head back to Guwahati for a well-deserved rest, carrying with us memories of this magical day forever.

DAY - 5 (10 October 2024)

On day 5 of our journey, we'll be immersing ourselves in the rich history and culture of Assam. After starting the day with a rejuvenating yoga session and a delicious breakfast, we'll make our way to the Brahmaputra Heritage Centre, where you'll witness a stunning display of traditional Assamese handicrafts, handloom products, and artifacts. Get ready to be transported through time as you explore the cultural heritage of Assam.

After lunch, we'll head to the world-renowned Kaziranga National Park, where we'll be surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. As the sun sets, we'll settle into our night stay in Kaziranga, ready for another day of adventure and excitement in Northeast India. Get ready to be blown away by the natural beauty and cultural richness of this incredible region.

DAY - 6 (11 October 2024)

Step right up, folks! It's day 6 and we're about to embark on the adventure of a lifetime. Brace yourselves for the world-renowned Kaziranga Jungle Safari, where we'll encounter some of the most majestic creatures known to man. Get ready to catch a glimpse of the elusive one-horned rhino, the ferocious tiger, the untamed wild elephants, and more. And after we've had our fill of thrills and chills, we'll feast like kings at a delicious lunch before heading back to Guwahati. So hold onto your hats and get ready for a wild ride through the heart of the jungle!

DAY - 7 (12 October 2024)

It's day 7 and the time has come to bid farewell. After a peaceful morning of yoga and a hearty breakfast, we'll accompany you to the Guwahati Airport. It's hard to say goodbye, but we're overwhelmed with gratitude for the chance to host you and provide you with an unforgettable Fitness Vacation in Meghalaya & Assam. We'll be eagerly waiting for the chance to welcome you back in our future events, wherever they may be.

FAQ’s - Frequently Asked Questions

  • Please book your flight to Guwahati airport, ensuring your arrival is before 1:30 PM. Our transport to Shillong will depart promptly at 2 PM from Guwahati airport on October 6th, 2024.

  • Our transport will depart Guwahati airport for Shillong at 2 PM sharp on October 22nd, 2023.

    If you arrive late, you can arrange for an airport taxi to Shillong. The fare ranges from Rs. 3500 to Rs. 5500, depending on the car model.

  • Shillong is approximately 134 kms from Guwahati airport, a journey of about 3.5 hours by road. En route, you'll enjoy sightseeing, including the famous Umiam Lake and the terrains of Meghalaya. We'll also stop for refreshments where you can order snacks or meals.

  • This moderate-level trek involves 3500 staircase steps one way to the Double Decker Root Bridge and a further 2 km jungle trail walk to Rainbow Falls and the Natural Swimming Pool. A basic fitness level is required. Please bring sports shoes with good grip or hiking shoes.

  • Yes, children aged 5 years and above are welcome. However, we recommend that children be 12 years or older. Please note, as a parent, you are entirely responsible for your child throughout the trip. Our group size is limited to 8 people.

  • We limit our groups to a maximum of 12 people to ensure a high-quality, smooth experience throughout the trip.

  • Yes, a female trainer and guide will be part of the group.

  • JIO and Vodafone have excellent coverage in North-East India. Airtel also works in some places.

  • Our transport (tempo traveller) to Guwahati airport will depart from our Guwahati property at 10 AM sharp. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. If you need to leave earlier or later, you can book an Ola or Uber to the airport, which typically costs between Rs. 1000 and Rs. 1400.
